Our kitchen is known for its modernly interpretation of traditionel recipes from hamburg and the sorrounding area.
With our restaurant VLET in der Speicherstadt we only use regional products from selected producers. For example, the ham manufacturer Basedahl, Käse Kober, Meierei Horst, Urthel North Sea crabs and Kruses farm milk are among our long-standing suppliers. We are especially proud of our cooperation with the organic farmer Seibold, who cultivates long forgotten old vegetable varieties such as blue cauliflower and Velcro roots.
